Standards and Commitment Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Last Updated: June 11, 2026
Clique Pass ("we," "our," or "us") maintains an absolute, zero-tolerance stance toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are deeply committed to ensuring a safe, respectful environment for our community, especially for teenagers and young demographics.
Because our application utilizes a specialized, decentralized architecture, we have designed our system safety measures around strict privacy and local device integrity.
1. Safety by Architecture (Decentralized Isolation)
Unlike traditional social networking platforms, Clique Pass operates entirely without centralized databases, cloud profiles, or media streaming servers.
- No Media Hosting: Our app does not host, upload, or distribute media assets, images, or video files to any cloud servers.
- Local Data Sovereignty: User profiles and contact history cards are saved exclusively within your device's local sandboxed file directory (
cliquepass_user_profile.json). - Zero Cloud Backends: Because there is no central data clearinghouse, it is structurally impossible for Clique Pass servers to store, index, or proliferate CSAE or CSAM content.
2. Camera Peripherals & Input Boundaries
Clique Pass requires native device camera permissions strictly to parse textual matrix barcodes (QR codes) inside the local viewfinder framework.
- Instant Frame Disposal: Camera frames are analyzed frame-by-frame on-device using a local mathematical parsing algorithm. Video feeds or image captures are never cached, recorded, or exported to any external entity.
- Input Validation Sanitization: Profile text input blocks (names, phone numbers, and social handle anchors) are monitored using strict validation formatting boundaries to block malicious strings or unauthorized exploitation behavior before data strings write to the local system flash memory.
3. Reporting and External Platform Integration
Clique Pass streamlines localized networking by connecting users through their public third-party social media identities (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and Facebook).
- Third-Party Moderation: While Clique Pass merely links to these profiles via standard native operating system deep-linking protocols, we strongly support and defer to the robust, cloud-level moderation and reporting infrastructures maintained by these external platforms.
- Cooperation with Authorities: In accordance with standard legal procedures, if any user discovers or suspects an individual is utilizing any communication tool to propagate CSAE, we urge them to report the behavior immediately to the respective social platform or law enforcement authorities.
4. Contact and Compliance Support
Our development team continuously monitors core code packages and application upgrades to ensure the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance are maintained.
