CliquePass uses your native device camera exclusively to scan high-contrast canvas QR passes when linking up with other members in person. This verification happens completely on-device; we do not film, stream, record, or store any camera imagery data layers on our servers.

Q. What should I do if a connection QR pass fails to process?

Ensure that the target mobile screen brightness is elevated enough for structural clarity and that your camera viewfinder completely targets the boundaries of the canvas token. If a scanning error code surfaces, confirm that your device is connected to an active network layer.

Q. How many social link modules can I embed inside my pass?

You can append as many active custom link profiles (such as your TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, music streams, or custom URLs) as you wish right inside your user dashboard workspace. Your pass handles the syncing automatically.

Q. Can I modify my linked profile handles later?

Yes. Any updates made inside your CliquePass app profile settings update in real-time. The next time someone scans your unified QR code, they will instantly see your newly updated link inventory without you needing to generate a new pass.
